Parking: EUR 8.00 per day
Deposit: A deposit of 20% of the tour price must be paid at the time of booking.
Payment methods: You can settle your final payments in cash, by debit card (Maestro), or credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
Local tax: EUR 2.70 per day/person aged 17 and over will be billed additionally.
Pets are possible on request. We ask for your understanding that it is not allowed in all room categories. The price for your pet is € 20,00 per day without food. Please note that your pet is not allowed in all public areas (lobby, restaurant, wellness). Caused damages and extraordinary soiling will be charged additionally.

Summer season 2024

In case of cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival: no cancellation fees
In case of cancellation up to 14 days before arrival: we will keep the paid deposit
In case of a cancellation within 14 days before arrival: 80% of the price have to be paid.
A cancellation will only be accepted in written form.

Winter season 2024/25

A cancellation will only be accepted in written form. For legal reasons we are obliged to inform you that we reserve the right to cancel bookings due to insufficient snow up to three days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Furthermore, we would like to remind you that you have no claim on the operation of all 33 cable cars and uphill installations since some of the lifts might not run due to insufficient snow cover.

Please note that unclaimed services (rental skis, etc.) will not be refunded.
