Reception & reservation

The heart of our house is the reception – this is where our guests meet us for the first time. When you finally arrive at our hotel, you will be warmly welcomed and receive numerous tips for your stay. We always strive to fulfill the wishes of our guests and are available to our guests as the first contact person in the house in all matters.

In our kitchen, we spoil our guests with regional and international cuisine from the Alpe-Adria region, with quality products from regional producers as well as products from our own farm.

In the service, we are always trying to fulfill all our guests' wishes and pamper them in a pleasant atmosphere with expert service, individual advice and high-quality service.

In our wellness areas, adults as well as teenagers can relax or be pampered with a relaxing or vitalizing massage & cosmetic treatment.

Childcare

Our smallest guests are lovingly taking care of in our childcare. In our children's program, you will find games, fun and action all day.

Our housekeeping staff ensures cleanliness throughout the facility and is also responsible for implementing all hygienic measures and guidelines.

For all technical matters our maintenance team is at your disposal with words and deeds and makes sure that all technical and IT-specific things work smoothly in the background.

Animation

Our animation team provides lots of variety, sports and adventure during the stay of our guests. The daily activities are supervised by the animation team and our guests experience the beautiful surroundings at Nassfeld during bike and hiking tours as well as snowshoe hikes and many other sports activities in summer and winter.
