We offer guided mountain bike tours every week and our experts will be happy to recommend individual tours.

There are numerous mountain bike routes in different degrees of difficulty in the region Nassfeld - Hermagor - Pressegger See. On a total of 950 km you can drive through the beautiful south and even to Italy a well signposted mountain bike and bike network. The routes lead through varied landscapes and past picturesque villages.

Our tip: Do not rush uphill or downhill, but let nature take its breath away, breathe in the pure mountain air and enjoy the magnificent panorama. Or, for example, you can visit the cheese dairy Tressdorfer Alm. Your legs will surely thank you for the short break!

Family bike tour

Lift- & bike-giro

We will be happy to show you the most beautiful bike tours for all the family. We start at the hotel and bike to Tressdorfer Alm pasture.

From there, we take the Millennium Express (cable car) to Madritschen Höhe peak. Downhill on a gravel road via Rudnig Alm pasture to Gmanberg mountain.

We have around 50 mountain bikes for adults and 10 bikes for children! Moreover, you will have the opportunity to rent e-mountain bikes and Fully mountain bikes (both for a fee).

Downhill action

Fun guaranteed

From Gartnerkofel hotel we hike to Tressdorfer Alm pasture, take the Millennium Express to Madritsche mountain and race downhill on one of the longest downhill tracks in the Alps - the Lift- & Bike Giro – on 11.7 kilometres.

The Millennium Express will take bikes and mountain bikes at an extra fee.

In the region Nassfeld – Hermagor – Pressegger See you have a selection of numerous mountain bike routes at different levels. So, you can feel safe to leave your own bike at home, since Gartnerkofel hotel offers a free mountain bike rental!
